Alan is a prolific producer and the Managing Director of Atlantic Film Group. A specialist in media financing, structuring and co-production, Alan has
consulted on projects in UK, Europe and North America advising on international film structuring and how to untangle the requirements of the world's leading production jurisdictions to optimise the mix of fiscal incentives, subsidies, currency and crew variables.
Nicole Dade - Head of Development
Nicole Dade oversees Atlantic Film Group’s slate for film and TV. Previously she was Head of Marketing at Screen East, the screen agency for the East of England, where she led the marketing strategy of the organisation and the promotion of the East of England as a filming location.
Nicole was Production Executive at Screen East and executive produced Digital Shorts with the UK Film Council New Cinema Fund. She managed Screen East’s new talent script development initiatives, working with partners including Working Title 2, Script Factory and the UK Film Council Development Fund.

Alan has lectured all over the world for organisations including UCLA Film School, PACT, UK Film Council, Strategics and SPADA. He has also contributed to several text books on film and TV financing.
Nicole is also a consultant to film organisations including The Times BFI London Film Festival’s talent development programme, the London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival and Warp X.
